3. Olycoder is not responsible for third-party services such as web hosting performance and downtime, or for our developed code being transferred to another web host. Additionally, if a user provides copyrighted content or if there are phishing complaints leading to the suspension of a website, no refunds will be issued.

4. Olycoder does not guarantee refunds for its services. For monthly payments, the next month's payment is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. Olycoder does not promise outcomes based on traffic, rankings, etc., and will not entertain refund claims related to such guarantees.

Website Design & Development / Web Programming Refund Policy: For website design and development, a full refund is offered if the project hasn't started or if the initial design style hasn't been approved. Upon receipt of the upfront payment, the full refund process deducts 2% for gateway charges + 18% for IGST charges. Refunds are processed within 10 days from the payment date. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances if the project has been started by our developer or if it is completed and uploaded to the server or delivered.Refunds cannot be issued because of the resources and effort already invested in the initial stages.

6. Graphic Design / Logo Design / Brochure Design Refund Policy : You will receive a full refund if the project hasn't started or if you haven't approved the initial design style. No refunds will be issued once our graphic designer has started working on your project, or if it has been completed, uploaded to the server, or delivered, regardless of whether the final product is liked by the customer or not.

7. SEO Services Refund Policy: You will receive a full refund (money will be deducted 2% for gateway charges + 18% for GST charges) if the project has not been started by the website content writer, SEO expert, backlink creator team, blog and article maker team, or any other staff member.

SEO Service Duration and Expected Results: SEO results typically require a timeframe of 6 to 12 months to manifest due to the gradual indexing and ranking processes of search engines. It's important to note that while we strive to optimize your website according to current algorithms, specific ranking outcomes are not guaranteed. Our focus is on implementing best practices aligned with search engine guidelines to enhance your site's visibility.

No Refund: Once maintenance work has started or significant resources, such as web performance monitoring, web speed optimization, bug and error management, image and content optimization, website error fixing, website bug fixing, and addressing site hack issues, have been allocated, refunds cannot be issued.

However, we do not guarantee specific results as outcomes may vary depending on factors such as the website's code design limitations. If our recommendations are not followed, the expected results may not be achieved, and no refund will be provided under such circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for services already provided. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of the work, you must notify our project manager immediately. We won't consider negotiations at a later date. Due to the nature of our work and services, refunds cannot be issued due to the significant resources, effort, and time already invested in the initial stages. Time is equivalent to money in our operations.
