1. For E-Commerce websites, we will include 5-8 product attributes, products, and categories for demonstration purposes. Additional products can be uploaded by the customer, and we will provide guidance if needed. Any extra features such as social login, live chat, Google Analytics, or multi-vendor capabilities not included in the original quotation will incur an additional charge.

2. When creating websites on pre-made templates, we will not fully customize fonts, headers, footers, content placement, or colors beyond what the template allows. If at any point a user wishes to change their template or desires a more enhanced UI design beyond the package offering, additional charges will apply based on their requirements.

3. We are not liable for any issues arising from the blocking of accounts, copyright disputes, or termination of services or products provided by third-party companies such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Users are responsible for managing and resolving such issues independently.

4. For website redesigns, if the user provides additional information not previously discussed during the final email or phone call before we send a quotation, extra charges will apply based on the changes needed in website content, functionality, etc.

5. During the project, if the user requests additional features or functionality that were not discussed before the final quotation was sent, extra charges will apply according to the user's requirements.

6. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If the user requires extra pages beyond those specified in the quotation, additional charges will apply at Rs 800+ per page, depending on the content and functionality of each page.

7. Upon completion of the project, if we are unable to contact the user/customer for five consecutive days after attempting delivery via phone and email, the project will be considered abandoned. If the user contacts us after this period requesting changes to the website, we will deliver the project as it was at the last progress stage discussed, without making further changes.

8. The deadlines or delivery days specified in our quotation are counted as business days (Monday to Friday). If the customer requests changes to their website after we've shared a progress link, or if delays occur due to issues like content, domain, or logo submission, these delays will not be included in the delivery date. In such cases, we will extend the delivery date accordingly. If the customer attempts to pressure us regarding delivery or payment due to delays caused by them, it will be acknowledged that the delay originated from their end.

9. Upon final payment for their project, we will provide the user with the admin panel and its login details. If necessary, a scheduled appointment can be arranged with our developer to guide the user on using the admin panel for making website changes after delivery.

10. Additional charges will apply if the user requests access to the cPanel of their website, which was not mentioned or included in their final quotation. This applies particularly to users opting for our free hosting plan included in our website packages.

11. If the user wishes to transfer their website to their own server or to another hosting provider, we will not provide any support. A migration fee ranging from Rs 1500 to 5000+ will apply, depending on the package cost.

12. In case of data loss or corruption, we will restore the user's website data to the status it was on the delivery day. We maintain a backup of the project's delivery version in our hard disk or digital space. However, we cannot restore data to a state from one hour or one day prior unless the user has subscribed to a backup plan, which can be offered at a reasonable cost post-project delivery. Alternatively, if the user provides the data, we can restore it to the desired previous state.

13. Removing our copyright notice (copyright oursite.com. All Rights Reserved. Designed By Olycoder.com) from your website incurs a fee of Rs 5000+ (depending on content/package, etc.). If we discover that the user has removed our copyright without purchasing the rights, we reserve the right to close their website. The user may also face legal consequences for copyright infringement.

14. If the user provides copyrighted data/images/videos, etc., for their website/app, we do not accept responsibility if their app or website is banned or blocked due to copyright infringement, or if legal action is taken against them.

15. If a customer purchases a package/product but fails to provide necessary details to proceed with their project, and subsequently contacts us on the delivery date expecting project completion without prior cooperation, the project will be considered abandoned from our end.

16. While we strive to provide security against website hacking, no website can be guaranteed 100% secure. If your website is hacked, we will make efforts to restore it upon notification. However, we cannot guarantee restoration to its exact previous state. It is advisable to take regular backups of your website to mitigate potential data loss.

17. Our quotation remains valid for seven days from the date it is received by the customer.

18. By paying for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. This payment signifies your acceptance of these terms.
